taking care of your nest
gently wipe down your yoga mat with a damp, soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Use either cold water or a solution made of a mixture of cold water and natural soap. Avoid using any cleaning products containing essential oils or harsh chemicals that may damage your yoga mat. Once clean, allow your yoga mat to air dry before rolling it up with the cork side facing outwards. Store in a cool, dry place avoiding sun exposure.
