This vintage  toy from 1985 is Gigglet. Gigglet has green eyes and a tuft of orange hair. Gigglet is a plush Hugglet baby that originally came with a Hugga Bunch doll named Tickles.

Gigglet's diaper is made of teal green lamé.

A hang tag on the back is marked "Kenner Hugga Bunch Collection, 1985  Cards, Inc." 

Gigglet is in good condition.
