This vintage toy is the Ribbons & Bows Anna Louise figure that was offered in 1992 as a McDonald's Happy Meal toy. She has blue eyes, blonde hair, and wears a pink shirt, white diaper, and white bonnet. She is holding a present with a purple teddy bear in it.

Anna Louise was offered as a Happy Meal toy for younger children, so it has no moving parts. The other Cabbage Patch Kids toys available at this time were poseable figures.
